Step 1:  Contact the Food Innovation Center
To assist us with best serving your needs, we have developed an Introductory Packet of Materials to acquaint you with the Food Innovation Center.  Included in these materials is a Client Interest Questionnaire.

Step 2:  Complete the Client Interest Questionnaire. 
This questionnaire will help you to solidify your idea and allow us to better anticipate your needs.  The questionnaire probes the basics of your business concept, the development and technical strategy, and the projections and profitability of the concept.  Please contact the Food Innovation Center by email, phone or fax to receive the introductory materials.

Step 3:  Return completed Client Interest Questionnaire. 
Once you have completed the questionnaire, please return it to the Food Innovation Center by e-mail, mail or fax.  Upon receipt, our staff of qualified professionals will review your response and determine the appropriate course of action for your business concept.
